Hotel was beautiful and simple, we loved this place.

Got apartment with a fireplace and large bedrooms, as for instance as expected.

liked a safe box, a seating area, and a writing desk in the room. location: the hotel was right by strond slope that might be muddy and impassable and the mountains. the management was really helpful and excellent, as well as the staff.

Appetising food selection. Large rooms with a fireplace for hotel guests. Incredible location on a hill overlaying the lake with views to the lake.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Marvellous and fantastic location in Otavalo, close enough to the San Pablo foothills as well as the mountains. Also, on a hill overlaying the lake. Large room, excellent bathroom. More than adequate and lovely breakfast and DELICIOUS food.

The rooms are comfy, the staff is very friendly and affable. Shared bathroom is excellent. The location it offers is good and gorgeous, close to the lake, impassable, and the hillside. Thank you for a good stay;))
